Better understand readers' expectations through an online community

Company description

Founded in 1884, La Presse is a leading French-language media with content available on several digital platforms. Every month, 3.5 million Quebecers consult La Presse‘s platforms, which offer advertisers innovative, creative, flexible and measured advertising solutions.

Issues

La Presse‘s research team wanted access to a flexible platform to build a community of readers who could express their opinions on a variety of topics from time to time. The chosen solution had to be able to survey both panellists and non-panellists, and to replace the old online data collection tools.

Results

Using Fino‘s platform, La Presse launches Parole aux lecteurs, a community where readers of the French-language media can give their opinions on various subjects. Online since 2020, the community boasts over 3,800 active panellists (and growing daily!). Over the past year, more than 300,000 respondents have taken part in surveys carried out by the La Presse team in totally autonomous mode.
